We are delighted to have you as a customer and we want your shopping experience with us to be a positive one! If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your product within 30 days from the date  you got your package. The jewelry must be in its original condition, include the original packaging, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.

Final Sale and Custom Order items can’t be returned. Exchanges are definitely possible for items of the same value or less with the price difference refunded. For an exchange of a higher valued item, customers are responsible for the price difference.

Ensure that the product is in its original packaging, a padded envelope or a small box with bubble wrap and including the return / exchange form. If you would like a receipt for the return, delivery confirmations are for sale at any post office. If the return value is over $100, we highly recommend insuring the package at the post office for protection against loss.

Note: Your shipping fee will not be refunded. All shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
